Project Completion

Update

The last building at Revere opened Friday, October 31st. All landscape trees and shrubs are planted. The sod is starting to go in as we wrap up the irrigation.

Plaza

The plaza between building C and D is being poured. 

Revere D

The 3rd floor and most of 2nd floor is comete. 1st floor will be wrapped up early next week. Final inspections for Revere D will begin on Monday. 

The landscaping is also starting to go in. 

The final layer of the parking lot is complete. 

Update

Building C - landscaping is in and putting in final preparations for sod tomorrow. 

Building D - 3rd floor cabinets are complete and countertops are going in. Carpet pad is being installed too. 

Building D

The 3rd floor - cabinets are going in and most of the light fixtures are installed. 

2nd floor is primed. Will be painted out by Thursday and cabinets will start going in Monday. 

1st floor - all but 2 units and the corridor are drywalled. 

Building D

The 3rd floor insulation will be complete Monday. We have already started running resilient channel on the ceiling and hanging drywall. 

Building C

The 3rd building at Revere is complete. Just putting on the finishing touches. 

The parking lot is also going in. 

Parking lot

The parking lot is prepped and ready for curbs. The 3rd building is nearing completion and the last building will be ready soon for insulation. 

Revere D

Pre -rock is complete. The rough mechanicals are going in and will be ready for insulation late next week. 

Revere C

2nd and 3rd floor are nearly complete and the elevator is being installed. 

1st floor - wood floors are going in and we will start setting cabinets on Monday. 

The parking lot sub base is in and we are preparing for the curbs. 

Update

A majority of the sod has been placed on building B - should be wrapped up on Monday. 

Building C - the elevator has arrived and installation will begin shortly. A majority of the exterior is complete and should be wrapping up in a couple weeks. Preparation has begun for sidewalks and asphalt. The 3rd floor is nearly finished. 2nd floor most of the finish carpentry is complete.  We will be painting out the first floor next week. 

Update

Building C - 3rd floor cabinets are being installed. 

2nd floor is being primed today and painted Friday. 

1st floor is drywalled and being taped. 

Building D - most of the roof is sheathed and will be dried in early next week. 

Revere Landscaping

The sod has been places around building A and the Clubhouse.

We will place the sod around building B early next week.

June Update

Building C is now roughed in and ready for insulation Monday. 

Building D - 2nd floor trusses have been set. We will be sheathing the deck and starting walls Monday. 

The pool deck is complete. Pool fence will go in next week and then we can finish the pool.
