Revere Update

The roof trusses are on building A, 

we will have a majority of the roof sheeted and start roofing by the 5th

The clubhouse is shingled, windows going in and starting rough mechanicals.

Revere Apartments - Update

Revere Building A - all 3rd floor walls are set and ready for roof trusses Monday.

Clubhouse - roof is sheeted and ready for shingles Monday.

Revere Building B - finishing up the last of the foundation and 

preparing for precast middle of next week.

Building B: 1/3 of the foundation is poured and the next third have forms set for another pour.

Building B

The Clubhouse: all the walls are built and roof trusses 

were delivered today.

Building A - 3rd floor, floor trusses have been set - next week we will 

start building 3rd floor walls.

A majority of the footings are poured for building B and we 

will begin setting the foundation forms soon.

Clubhouse

The clubhouse exterior walls are starting to go up.

Building A

2nd floor exterior walls are going up and retaining walls are going in.

Building A & Clubhouse

All of the 1st floor interior walls are complete and we are putting the 2nd floor deck on. The elevator shaft is up through the 3rd floor.

The floor of the clubhouse is nearly finished and we will begin framing wall on Monday.

Building A

All of the 1st floor exterior walls are set. 

Working on the faming of party walls and the corridor. 

Building A & Clubhouse

The pre-cast is all set and grouted and ready for 1st floor walls to be built.

The clubhouse is backfilled and ready for underground plumbing and electric.

Building A and Clubhouse

The foundation for building A is complete and Monday we will start placing the pre-cast. The clubhouse foundation is also finished and on Tuesday we will start backfilling the interior and exterior and should be ready for underground plumbing and electric on Thursday.

Building A - Foundation Nearly Complete

We are just wrapping up the elevator shaft and then we will be ready for pre-cast.

Club House

The footings and a majority of the walls have been poured for the club house.
